Refund policy

All items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we recommend keeping tracking information. Once your return arrives, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Sale items are final sale.
